CAMRY SAFETY
 
Large disc brakes on all four wheels, ventilated on the front, provide good stopping power and excellent braking feel, contributing to the feeling of confident driving control.
 
The eye-catching design of the 16-inch wheels, an 8-spoke aluminium or 6-spoke full wheel cap style, feeds anticipation of driving pleasure the moment you see the Camry.
 
 
ABS helps to ensure vehicle stability when braking on slippery roads, or during sudden braking. The EBD control utilises the ABS system to optimise the distribution of breaking force, contributing to the excellent braking performance.
 
The WIL concept used in the front seats helps to reduce injury to the vertebra in the neck in a rear-end collision. The structure of the front seats was also renewed to help reduce impact in a lateral collision..
 
To help reduce the impact to occupants in a collision, the Camry is equipped with SRS airbags. SRS side airbags and SRS curtain shield airbags.
 
The crash safety body is comprised of a high integrity cabin with front and rear crumple zones that help absorb impact energy in a collision.
